Identify and apply a developmental supervision model to supervising play therapists.

Identify signs of burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma in supervisees and how to address this with them.

Recognize the varying roles of the supervisor including didactic and evaluative responsibilities in overseeing the therapists work.
